We are the residents who live here, and not a commercial profit-making company (like other estates). Management of Brockwell Gate is by Brockwell Gate Management Company Limited (BGMCL), a company created by the developers to manage the development. The Directors manage the development, directly awarding contracts to local suppliers. Directors get voted/re-elected onto the Board once a year at the AGM, and our main objectives are to keep costs down, provide a nice environment, give you as much help as possible and to ensure all covenants are kept to.
