Faults and problems

We appreciate that on an estate such as ours, faults may occur from time-to-time. Therefore we wish to put them right for you as fast as possible. Some issues could be: streetlights not working lifts that are faulty entry doors to blocks of flats We thank you for identifying faults by the following two ways: Method 1: Call 020 7100 8685 and leave a message. This may be useful if you spot something on your way out of the estate, e.g. a faulty lift. Your message will be listened to promptly by a member of the team and passed to maintenance for repair. You may wish to store the number in your mobile phone for added convenience. Method 2: Send an email to info@brockwellgate.com. Your message will be promptly read by a member of the team and passed to maintenance for repair.
