![]() All Leaseholders (owners of flats) are covered by our Buildings and Terrorism insurance policy, which is funded via the service charge. You must inform Brockwell Gate Management Company Limited if your apartment becomes vacant (this includes periods between tenancies when one tenant leave before another tenant moves in) If you sublet your flat in whole or in part, we require certain notification to ensure you continue to be covered by the policy, and you must serve the Manager and Freeholder notice of sublet under clause 14.4 of your Lease. You must confirm whether the property is let though a letting agent or directly to the tenant. Additionally, you should advise if all of the tenants are in professional employment, if one or more of the tenants are unemployed, if one or more of the tenants are students, if one or more of the tenants are asylum seekers, or if one or more of the tenants are claiming DSS allowance. In order to do this, please complete and return this form. To view the Freeholder's agent's webpage regarding Buildings Insurance, please click here.
